We've created a new tradition that we hope will be durable: the most experienced instructors will meet one weekend per semester for a joint training and coaching. The training day was open to all with 3rd day or higher. Saturday April 10 was the "Master Seminar 2" which we renamed it to after having called it "the old man's camp" ... We hoped that this name would be more attractive for the participants.

The aim was to provide an opportunity for the participants to get useful feedback from others who have trained for a long time. Many of those who run clubs are lacking good coaching from others. The atmosphere was at its peak, the sweat ran in rivers, there was laughter and happy faces. Most of the exercises were filmed and when we could not manage more practice we sat down and analyzed what was filmed. Very useful! Many hours of training was finished off in the sauna for some of us, and others went home to Karlstad and Visby.
